Fix VS Code Error - Extension host terminated unexpectedly

Sometime VS Code keeps throwing an annoy Error message on top like

Error: Extension host terminated unexpectedly. Please reload the window to recover.

To troubleShoot, go to Help > Toggle Developer Tools

And it might show some clues there. In my case, it points out there was an extension loading abnormally.
